When I first tried, I picked fresh chia seeds from a trusted store , Good seeds grow faster and healthier

Soak the Seeds First

I soaked the chia seeds in a little water for a few hours. They became a little jelly-like — this helps them stick and sprout easily.

Choose a Shallow Pot or Tray

I used a shallow pot with small holes for drainage. Chia roots don't need deep soil — they grow best close to the surface

Use Light, Moist Soil

I filled the pot with soft, moist soil. Not too wet, not too dry — just enough to feel slightly damp.

Spread Seeds Gently

I spread the soaked seeds gently over the top of the soil. No need to cover them — chia loves the light to sprout

Keep it Moist & Wait

Every day, I misted the seeds lightly with water. In just 3–5 days, tiny green sprouts started to pop out — so exciting to see

Harvest and Enjoy

When the chia sprouts got about 2–3 inches tall, I gently cut them with scissors. Fresh, healthy, and ready to eat in salads, smoothies, or just as a snack
