1. Light

Place your ZZ plant in bright, indirect light. It can also do well in low light, but avoid direct sun.

1.

Watering

Water only when the topsoil is dry—about every 2–3 weeks. ZZ plants don’t like soggy roots.

2.

Soil

Use well-draining soil, like a cactus mix. Make sure the pot has drainage holes.

3.

Temperature

Keep in a warm room (18°C–26°C). Avoid cold drafts or placing near heaters and AC vents.

4.

Humidity

Average indoor humidity is fine. Wipe the leaves occasionally to keep them clean and healthy.

5.

Fertilizer

Feed lightly with a liquid fertilizer every 2–3 months in spring and summer only.

6.

Pruning & Propagation

Remove dead or yellow leaves. Propagate with leaf cuttings or by dividing the plant.
